Signed up for BCBS Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan F. Effective date was 12/8/2016. BCBS all ready deducted my first payment from my account on 12/28/2016. My insurance agent gave me a policy number, but I have not received my Insurance cards or my policy itself as of 1/3/2017. Who do I contact to get this resolved. I have upcoming doctors appointments, and they need to see my insurance card or cards. Just having a policy number does not help what soever in the doctors office and your Web Site is no help with this type of question or problem. Who or what do I do to get this problem resolved?
