Hi, I am unable to reach someone at customer service - I keep getting connected as a healthcare provider vs a member. Can you clarify how long I have to order my breast pump after my baby is born? Thanks!
The answer I got was both helpful and not but it sounds like any DME place that is in network, didn't have to be local. Aeroflow hasn't resolved but they are in network and a bunch of other places. Only found the Elvie for $150 though, not willow

I am also looking to order a breast pump. Any help would be greatly apprecited!
I also want the willow. Aurora is a big pharmacy around here and is on the list but doesnt fill breast pumps. all the other DME places have nothing to do with breast pumps. I filled out a bunch of forms on different breast pump websites for them to contact my insurance. I think I may have found one pharmacy in milwaukee but its 25 miles from me.
I want the Elvie or Willow which is why I haven't used any if the DME dealers until I know what insurance recommends. Which pharmacies did they want it filled at?
I was told any pump i want is covered under my insurance so i shouldnt have to worry about pricing at all. But we’ll see how accurate that is. I did contact aeroflow today.
I know there are online DMEs that do it but they're all different and give different upgrade fees. Aeroflow is not very good for BCBS
