Fertility coverage- lifetime for myself and egg donor

Hi- my husband and I are trying to conceive, but have already had 3 oocyte retrievals.  Based on my understanding, my plan PPO, covers a lifetime of 4 retrievals.  I am considering an egg donor & would like to know what costs would be covered if any.  I read somewhere that if we were to use an egg donor we could do 6 cycles lifetime total.  Please explain.
