Correcting an incorrect NPI number for a clinician.

Is there someone to actually speak to regarding this issue. I have emailed NetOps, left a voice message and faxed them also. My email is over one month ago, my voice message was sent two weeks ago and today I faxed the request. It can be so frustrating not being able to talk to an actual representative. When electronic claims are submitted we receive "the rendering NPI number is not on file",.  She has been accepted into the BCBS system.
