I had BCBSIL coverage with "Well On Target" through my employer. I left my job in April and thought I had canceled Well On Target, but you keep charging me $25/month FOR A SERVICE I CAN'T USE, and you make it difficult to talk to a live person. How can I cancel and get a refund?
