Please give me a member phone number, I am not getting a EMAIL reply, there was a time when it was so easy to contact someone to help you, now it is so difficult. I need my new ID card, to give insurance numbers to my old carrier, so I can cancel old insurance. I am only allowed to cancel during open enrollment.
