Please help I need a new ID Card, and a member phone number for blue cross/blue shield new members. My name Rhonda Elie, Phone 708-251-8140  Thank You

    Please give me a member phone number, I am not getting a EMAIL reply, there was a time when it was so easy to contact someone to help you, now it is so difficult.  I need my new ID card, to give insurance numbers to my old carrier, so I can cancel old insurance.  I am only allowed to cancel during open enrollment.  New ID card lost, Rhonda Elie insurance under husband Luc Edouard Elie, group City Colleges ( City of Chicago) address 872 Greenbay, Calumet City, Il. 60409  Last digits of his SS# 8245
