Hi - When we had a previous insurance plan, my spouse had access to a service called Real Appeal. It included a weekly online meeting for conversation about health topics, and accountability to exercise and count calories. My spouse lost 40 pounds with it. Does BCBS have anything similar to that available?

(1) I know that my health plan comes with discounts on gyms and fitness equipment. Is there some sort of discount on having a personal trainer? If not...
(2) Do you know if personal training is eligible for Flexible Spending Accounts?
Hello, You will need to speak with our fitness program regarding discounts on personal trainers. You can reach them at 888-762-2583. You will also need to speak directly with your Flexible Spending Account vendor regarding whether or not this would be covered. ~ Heather
