How can a provider get a hold of someone directly on the phone? I am not having success using the provider line.
I really need some assistance as soon as possible.
I have to call and sit on hold for an hour at least every time to reach a representative. The worst part is that they will not help us providers unless we have a claim number. Our contract is with BCBS…
We have the exact same issue. It's ridiculous and unprofessional!

It is so sad that each BCBS can just choose to handle things differently.
