Hello, I was wondering about your policies on transgender care. In particular your policy regarding the MTF bottom surgery, or vaginoplasty, and your policy regarding MTF top surgery, or breast augmentation. I was wondering if the surgeries are still coverable by insurance, or if there are new rules/stipulations before they will be covered. I am currently listed as a depended under my parent's plan, and if you need more information, please let me know.
