Hello- I've recently changed jobs. I had BCBS IL at both jobs, but obviously the group plans are different. I would like to submit some medical bills for reimbursement. The services happened with my old insurance. Should I include my old insurance or my new insurance on my reimbursement form? Thank you!
Hi Pat, You'll want to submit these services with your old plan information, as claims are processed based on your coverage at the time of service. ~ Kayla
