I am a provider and need to ask specific benefit questions for physical therapy. How do I talk to someone live?
I have tried EVERY PHONE NUMBER - they all lead to the IVR. Terrible customer service!
My secret tip to speak to a live rep is to call Provider Services (800-972-8088 is the number I use). When asked for the patient's DOB, enter it incorrectly three times. After the third time, the automated system will transfer you to a live representative. I hope this helps!
