It is ridiculous the way that this health plan works. I have been trying for 2 days to try and speak to someone and I tried every damn number on earth and I can't seem to speak to anyone. Maybe we should inform the patients who have this plan to switch to something else because this is absurd!!!!!!! I have also sent a private message!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My secret tip is to call Provider Services (800-972-8088 is the number I use). When asked for the patient's DOB, enter it incorrectly three times. After the third time, the automated system will transfer you to a live representative. I hope this helps!
