Customer Service

I would like to talk to a representative. I called the customer service # and I keep getting asked to enter the Dr. NPI #. I work for a Cardiologist, so I know how to use the system. This is very frustrating. How can I speak to a REAL person?

  • Hello, Are you calling from your employer's office? If so then our system is most likely recognizing that as a provider office number and automatically directing you to the provider area. If not, you can send us a private message with the number you are calling, the number you are calling from, and what type of number that is (home phone, cell phone, etc) and we can have the appropriate area take a look at what's going on. Either way I can have our team reach out to you to help you with what you need. If you can send a private message with some details on what's going on, your plan ID, and the best number to reach you I can make sure I get the right people to assist you. ~ Kayla
