I keep getting denied gastric sleeve saying it’s not medically necessary im the poster child for medical necessity…anyone else have problems and how did you finally get it approved I want to talk to the president of the board to plead my case not getting the surgery scares me I don’t want to die
Did you ever get this approved? Did you have surgery? I've been declined this surgery "due to having my diabetes under control with medication" -- yet every doctor I see states clearly: if you would lose weight you.....the issue is I've tried for 25 years to lose weight. This surgery is my last hope to achieve better hearth to live a better life. Plus I have other conditions that would be better my weight was more in normal range. I feel hopeless right now.
