Hello, You can access your Blue Points through your Blue Access for Members account on our website, www.bcbsil.com. To create an account you will want to click New User? Register Here under the Member Login section. You will then want to click the link for the Well on Target site to view your Blue Points. You can also contact Well on Target at 877-389-3651 for assistance. ~ Kayla
