Is there a state insurance dept that can help all of us? In NY they have the NYS Dept of Ins and they help providers get the answers needed from carriers. This is terrible for patient care and it could hinder patient care. Any providers on here can you please direct me if you know this information. I will also reach out to the NYS Ins dept for guidance. i hate to have to do things this way but there is no consideration for staff time or patient care
FYI - BCBS of IL will send you a private message telling you that their provider services will call you back but they wont. Then when you private message again, they will lie and say that they called a specific date and talked to you about a generic reason.
