Hi there. I'm trying to figure out what exactly is covered ny BCBSIL for transgender related services and surgeries. I have talked to customer support a number of times, and it seems like the answer I eventually got from them didn't match what was listed in the HMO Transgender Scope of Benefits manual I was originally redirected to.
I have an HMO through my employer and hope to figure out exactly what is covered.
