Why does your website not work for finding a doctor & how do your employees not know either?

I just can't believe how horrible the website is overall but especially for something so basic as finding a doctor. I was forced to spend hours online & on the phone yesterday with customer service (if you can even call it that) with ZERO results. I can't believe I was talking to people at a health care company who know nothing about health care & less about how their own system works. Stop being sorry & just be better, we deserve it with the insane prices we pay for healthcare.
