I have a provider that belongs to a group and was erroneously set up with an individual provider contract. We need to cancel her individual contract and re-enroll her under the group. This is virtually impossible to do if you cant get a real person on the phone to handle it. Can someone tell me how a provider is supposed to conduct business with a company who doesn't allow anything other than automated calls?
