Hello. At the beginning of the calendar year, my husband's workplace switched over to bcbs. I'm sure we were probably sent insurance cards at that time. However, I do not know where they are located right now. For the first time this year, I need to get in to see a doctor, but because it is a new system, I do not know what doctors I am allowed to see. Of course the website tells me I can look a doctor up online, but I do not know where my card is to find all of the proper information. Is it possible to A) find out my coverage information so that I can get an appointment made and B) get new cards so that I have those for the appointment? All help is appreciated. Thanks, Alison
