My card was stolen

My wallet was stolen and with it my insurance i.d. card.  What are my next steps for fraud protection and replacing the card?

  • Hi Sarah, I'm so sorry to hear your wallet was stolen. If you'd like to send us a private message with your plan ID, if you know it, or your full name and date of birth we can get a new card ordered for you.
    It's very unlikely anyone would use your ID card but we do recommend keeping an eye on your claims on the Claims Center on your Blue Access account. If you do see a claim for services that you did not receive you can let us know and we'll get that reviewed and taken care of for you. ~ Kayla
