We received a payment and Provider Claim Summary that states there was a Previous payment made on the claim. We have not received that previous payment, and I need further information regarding that payment. We are an Out of State Provider, in network with our local blue, but we do not have access to BCBS IL via Availity. Help please?
I am a provided having the exact same problem. My BCBS network say I had to contact you directly. I have been trying to call the provider number for 2 days, Please help.
