I have now spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone to help me with a claim rejection. I don't have the information they are telling me I need and don't know where to find it. This is excruciatingly frustrating. What is a phone number where I can talk to a human directly and immediately about a claim rejection?
Do not simply give me the provider's line and say "have claim number ready". i've tried that and it doesn't work. I need to speak to someone without waiting four hours.
