I came across Wellvolution when I was researching low carb health coaches, the page says it if offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield at no cost but when I typed in my member ID and Group# it let me know I was not eligible. When I called, they let me know that because my insurance is BCBS from Illinois, I was not eligible. So I'm wondering if there is a similar program offered through the Illinois branch?
