Claiming up to $100 in gift cards is easy. First, you’ll need your:
Join on the Health Activity Portal to take part in the rewards program. Once you sign up online, you’ll get an email letting you know your account is set up. Then, each time you complete a healthy action, you’ll be sent a gift card that you choose. It may take between 30 and 90 days after your healthy action (like a wellness visit or flu shot) before you get your reward.

Trying to get a reward for getting a flu shot is impossible. I have tried online and by phone and got nowhere. Why am I not surprised? Erna the burn
I get very angry when I read how BC/BS is supposedly working to bring down the cost of drugs to members. They just greatly increased the costs of insulin by increasing it from Tier 1-2 and deny access to generics. Get real!!
