"VIA Benefits" should show as my agent of record for my employer's benefits to continue with my reimbursement in the new year. I did not know that I should have used them instead of just changing thru someone else. I called and was switched 5 times and the last time I was cut off. Please someone should be able to do this simple request. Thanks
