I used the secure message option on the main website, the person who responded told me I don't need that form and probably mean the 1095-C but then said I don't need that either so they offered me nothing.
I called customer service twice today and was hung up on both times.

I've been told that they mailed the form to me last week, yet I haven't received it.
I asked for it to be emailed to me, they told me they sent my request to the tax department and they will handle it.
Today I got a message saying I don't live in Massachusetts so I don't need the form, I'm probably mistaken and want something else.
This is ridiculous.
Why is this so hard? Why can't somebody just send me the form I need?
