I used the secure message option on the main website, the person who responded told me I don't need that form and probably mean the 1095-C but then said I don't need that either so they offered me nothing.
I called customer service twice today and was hung up on both times.

Today I received what was sent me on March 10th. This is some kind of cruel joke, right?
There is a letter that says "The enclosed MA 1099-HC..." but IT WAS NOT ENCLOSED. The only other page was one about interpreter services in various languages.
Can you please have somebody send the MA 1099-HC to my email address you have on file. Or send me a message through the website as a PDF.

They sent me a PDF (which they previously said they couldn't do) of the same exact letter they sent me through the mail. It even has the same date on it.
Is the entire PDF upside-down and has to be rotated to be read? Yes!Does it say the 1099-HC is enclosed? Yes!Is the 1099-HC actually enclosed? No!
This gets more and more ridiculous each time somebody tries to make it right. I mean really, it's a simple form that I'm sure it sent out to many, many other people. How hard can this be to do correctly?
