  • Renee... this is the # I have been calling for years but it no longer allows me to check on claim status. The only options now are "claims adjustment" or "mailing address" . Months prior to this, the recording was warning that claim status would only be available via Availity. Availity is wonderful for checking claim status, but sometimes you still need to speak to a rep. Am I missing something here?
