Need information about how to contact provider services for questions about member benefits or claims.
I have been trying to contact customer service at BCBSIL and the automated phone system does not work. I am calling from a provider office and need to speak with someone. We have multiple patients with your plan and I am unable to speak with someone regarding prior authorizations, benefits, etc. How can I speak to a human being?
I can never get through bcbs of ill to talk to someone for an out of state recepient and services rendered in ILLonois. Claim was billed to the local BCBS of ILL. It is imperative for me to have a good contact phone number for claim status. This run around is causing us to lose a lot of money due to supposedly past dead line. Theyre has to be a solution.
there are plenty of times we do not have claim number and IVR refuses to transfer us to live agent
Hello, If you could send us a private message, I can have someone from provider services give you a call. ~ HC
What if you don't HAVE a claim number and you can't get transferred without it? We have many claims that we can't see on Availity and have no idea if they are received.
Hello, If you could send us a private message, I can have someone give you a call. ~ Heather
