Hello! I need to talk to a live representative and I'm having a hard time reaching someone. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you!
I too have been trying to reach a live representative for weeks to address denied claims and the same issue happened for me. I attempted to call through the member's line as well and was directed back to the automated self-help provider line. I have no idea how we are supposed to advocate for patients when we cannot speak to anyone. Frustrating indeed.
I did claims adjustment option because I didn't have an option to enter patients info. I entered incorrect claim #, it brought me back to menu and I asked for representative and was transferred!

How do you reach a live representative?! I have a question about a denial we received and I can't get through to anyone! I tried going through my provider home plan and when they said they would transfer me to a live representative I got sent back to the same automated system with no help at all. This is so frustrating.
I need help. My claims are coming back saying I'm not in-network. I can't get through to a live person.
