Hi, I am a provider and have been trying to connect with a live person for days now. I have multiple patients whose claims are failing all of a sudden. They were fine till a couple of months back, can someone please help!
I need to be able to talk to someone when I have a question about benefits. Sometimes Availity or the recorded option are not clear. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to speak to a person, and I certainly shouldn't have to get online and complain to receive a callback. This isn't an issue with other insurance companies.
Call and choose claims, then adjust a claim, get a real person and tell them you need help with a different question.
