I have not been able to login to my account for at least 2 months. I keep getting the error message “we currently can’t access your information, please try again later”. The app is up to date. My username and password are correct. I see others are having the same issues as well.

  • Someone on your IT team needs to READ the reviews in apple App Store for your App.  There has been noting but negative reviews documenting the log on issues this new app has had since October release.  I have an open ticket to troubleshoot this for the last month and still no fix.  This is completely unsatisfactory.   

    Go back and publish the old app....because the new app version 6.5 is broken and appears to use a "wrapped" login/access process.  Wrapped meaning the app just opens up a website window within the app to log in and access information.....whitch defeats the purpose of an app and might just be the root cause of the issues.
