Based on BCBS (IL) email saying we could see therapists on MDLive at no copayment , I signed up and did 3 sessions. On the app, I owe $0 because it is a "behavioral health" service . However I called my Medical Group and they the therapist I am seeing is not part of hteir medical group. I am confused, will I be paying out of pocket for these sessions or do I owe $0.
I thought this was a new service meant to help us with the Coronavirus stress but I wonder if it was applicable to me since my insurance generally does not give me therapy sessions.
I have been calling but the whole thing is very stressful and I keep being transferred and get no response.
Any advice would be great. Thanks
Thanks a lot !
