Why can providers not reach an actual person? This is the best way to communicate benefits and claim status and its just not available. This is irritating.
And all I got was an email on how to use the IVR. I am not dumb, first of all, I know how to interact with IVR. I have a specific question that I need to ACTUALLY TALK TO A PERSON about. Why is this so hard? Why can't I actually talk to a freaking human being. I have one question. This is crazy man, I have never had such an issue reaching a real person
100% Agree. Keep being told that speaking with a representative is not a "valid option." And have gotten hung up on several times. Just spent 30 minutes trying to reach a person with no success. HORRIBLE.
