I need to speak with a provider network consultant!

Hi, I have been trying so hard to find a way to talk to a BCBS representative about credentialing and processing claims when it comes to telehealth work which involves more than 1 state. I need to talk to someone who has these answers as BCBS has been sending me all over the place and I have been unable to reach anyone through 217-862-5410 number. Is there a way to schedule a time to talk to someone as I don't want to risk a representative calling me during work hours and having to go through the same long process of leaving a voicemail and then to hope that I can pick up when someone finally gets to my voicemail. Please, assist,

Hi Jasmina, Unfortunately we do not have a way to schedule a phone call. You will need to leave a message at that phone number and they will return you call. It can take up to 10 business days for a return phone call, however if they aren't able to reach you, they will leave a voicemail with their call back information. You can also reach out to Provider Relations by email at ProviderRelations@bcbsil.com for credentialing issues as well. ~ HC

Furthermore, no one is responding to my question on either the provider or netops provider update emails. It has been 2 weeks this week and I am unable to get answers. No phone numbers, no information online, no responses to emails, no way to get in touch with the credentialing department. This is beyond frustrating for a nation-wide company.

I cannot leave a message at that phone number as it bounces me out before even connecting. It is really frustrating not being able to get any answers from a live person about your contracting process in order to even know whether starting the process would even work. Your credentialing line is automated with no option to talk to anyone even after choosing other questions, it just reroutes it back to the same menu.
