I am a provider with claims that are in process for more than 60 days. I have tried calling to speak with a rep on 3 different occasions, but have to hang up after 30-45 minutes and I am never able to speak with someone. How can I get an update on what the issue is with these claims and how long can claims sit "in process" before a claim is paid or rejected.
