Need information about how to contact provider services for questions about member benefits or claims.
Our claim issue was supposed to be resolved 6 months ago. It still isn't. I've been on the phone for two weeks and no one can help. I'm so glad my personal coverage is with a different company.
This is actually my 4th call. I got through to an advocate on May 12th, 2023. The issue was supposed to be resolved. I have reference numbers. But it has now been over 30 days and still no resolution.
How do I actually speak to someone who can assist?

Hi Laura, I have responded to you on your other message. ~ HC
