I am a provider and need to speak with a representative regarding an upcoming procedure for a patient. I called multiple numbers without the option to speak to a live person and the prompts are completely unhelpful.

I am about to stop accepting BCBS too!!! Haven’t been paid in 2 months. Where you able to get a phone number?

I have made the decision to no longer accept BCBS of Illinois for this very reason. It is unfortunate for my patients but continuing to do business with this group and a poorly designed automated system is untenable.
