Planning to visit the doctor or fill a prescription at a new pharmacy soon? You’ll want to have your member ID card handy. If you’ve misplaced or lost yours, you can download, print or request a new card on Blue Access for MembersSM.
Here’s a quick look at what you need to know:
Print or download a member ID card
If you need a member ID card today for an appointment or pharmacy visit, you can get one on BAMSM. Log in to BAM. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need your group and individual member ID numbers. You can find both on the welcome letter you received from us. After you log in, click on "Member ID Card” at the top. From there, you can view and download a digital ID card.
Request a new ID card
You can also order a new ID card. Log in to BAM. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need your group and individual member ID numbers. You can find both on the welcome letter you received from us. After you log in, click on "Member ID Card” at the top. From there, click on "Order a New Member ID Card.” Confirm your address and submit your request. Your card will be sent to you within two weeks.
If you have questions about getting a new member ID card, benefits, claims or other information related to your Blue Access for Members account, call customer service at the number listed on your member ID card.
