Blue Access for Members SM has many great features! In this secure website you can:

  • Check the status of your claim
  • View, print and  organize  your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement
  • Find a doctor or hospital in your plan’s network
  • Print a temporary ID card or request a new one

It can be frustrating if you have trouble signing up for or logging into Blue Access for Members.

If you have any trouble registering for or logging into Blue Access for Members, please call the number on the back of your ID card or the Blue Access® Internet Help Desk at 888-706-0583. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Benefits or Claims Questions

If you have questions about the information in your Blue Access for Members account, such as benefits or claims information, you can:

  • Call the Customer Service number on the back of your member ID card
