Ingredients: Makes 10 servings
1lb, 14oz Tofu, Extra Firm
1/4 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup, 1TBSP Franks Original Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
2 spray coating Pan cooking spray
Directions:
- Drain water from tofu blocks.
- Press between paper towels; best if pressed overnight to allow for moisture to be removed from the tofu (will absorb marinade better).
- Combine hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate. Pour over whole tofu blocks and marinate for at least 2 hours. Set aside left over hot sauce marinqade.
- Spray hot grill with pan spray. Mark tofu blocks on the grill for about 2 minutes each side. Cut into cubes. Toss with leftover marinade.
*Tofu will be mostly white in color.
