How to Update Your PCP or Medical Group

How do I change my PCP or medical group?

You can change your HMO or Point of Service plan medical group or PCP online in your BAMSM account. Just log in and look for Find Care to find in-network providers in your area.

Member ID card

Once you’re ready to make your choice, click the Change MG or Change PCP option and follow the prompts to choose your new provider. After this has been done, we’ll update our files and your digital member ID card to show the new MG or PCP you chose.

If you still have questions about changing your PCP or medical group or need help, call customer service at the number on your member ID card.
