Need information about how to contact provider services for questions about member benefits or claims.
How can a provider get a hold of someone directly on the phone? I am not having success using the provider line.
I really need some assistance as soon as possible.
Hello, I wanted to let you know we have responded to your private message. ~ Kayla
Hello. I'm an attorney working with a social worker who is looking to be an in-network provider with BCBS IL. However, this process has taken about 3 months and she has not received any contract from BCBS IL.
Both the provider and I have called around and emailed the various emails provided on the network page. We have not heard back from anyone! Please let me know how I or the provider can talk to a representative live.
Hello, You will want to speak with our Network Operations team about this. You can reach them at 312-653-6555. Please leave a voicemail and they will return your call within two business days. ~ Heather
I am trying to get hold of a rep as well. The automated system is giving me incorrect information about a client's benefits (as we have previously spoke to a live person about two months ago). We are an out of state provider and the child has autism. We submit to our local BC which we are in network with.
Please respond.
As i have been hung up on twice and keep being left on hold and hung up on once the call is picked up.
Thank you
Hello, If you would like to send us a private message, I can have provider services get in touch with you about this. ~ Heather
How do I send a private message?
Who can I address my email to?
I have been trying for hours to talk to an actual person on the phone concerning a rejected claim. For some reason, we never received a claim number for the rejected claim. This makes it impossible for me to get through to anyone. Your customer service is terrible when providers can't even have simple questions answered in a timely matter. IMAGINE HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE WE COULD BE HELPING IF WE WEREN'T STUCK ON THE PHONE! It is a disgrace the way you treat people. How can a provider to a real person on the phone to ask simple questions?
Hello, I'm sorry you've had so much trouble reaching someone by phone. If you could send us a private message, I can have provider services give you a call. Please be aware, however, that because it is late in the day, it would be Monday before they are able to call. ~ Heather
