Ingredients: Makes 26 cookies
3 cups Powdered Sugar 3/4 cup Baking Cocoa 3/4 tsp Salt 4 oz Bittersweet Chocolate Chips1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 each Egg Whites 1 each Eggs, WholeNon-stick Cooking Spray as needed
1. In a bowl combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, salt, chocolate chips, and baking powder. Stir to combined. Add eggs and mix until evenly distributed.2. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour before baking.3. Spray a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a tablespoon scoop and drop cookies 2” apart on prepared baking sheet (cookies spread quite a bit while baking).4. Bake in a 350° oven for ~8-10 minutes or until cookies crack on top and start to spread. Allow to cool before enjoying.
