Cranberry Apple Relish

Ingredients: Makes 11 servings

Side Dishes

3-1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1.75 cups diced apples
1/2 cup fresh apple cider
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup golden raisins

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, and cook until cranberries begin to break apart.
  2. Serve warm or chilled.
